Monty Roberts Horsemanship

Having worked in various sectors of the equine industry Padraic Foy realised that if people could understand and communicate better with their horses, life would be better not only for the horses but for people too. Upon discovering Monty Robert’s concepts he travelled initially to the U.K. to study with Kelly Marks, then to the Monty Roberts International Learning Center in California to further his education in this trust based non-violent way of training horses and qualified as a Certified Monty Roberts Instructor in 2015.

Course participants may bring their own horse by prior arrangement and includes private one-to-one tuition. We can also recommend accommodation for you in Westport.

Private One-To-One Tuition

For anyone who can’t make the dates of one of our Modular Monty Roberts Courses or want to spend the day with us and our horses to learn horse psychology, behaviour and training techniques. Just contact Padraic with your requirements.
